Fall Symposium Planning Session: Finalize Volunteer Groups and Leads/Co-Chairs

a.     Venue and Event Plannin: (Ideally 10/18 or fall Saturday or Sunday. Space for 250-300 Attendees/ CEU Learning Units / Can we get In Kind Donations?

b.     Content: (Panels, Town Hall, Break Out Groups, PechaKucha, MininHackathon?)

c.     KeyNote Speakers and Panelists: Develop list of potential candidates.

d.     Media and Communications: Outreach, Blogposts, Research Data InfoGraphics, Video Archiving

e.     Sponsorship: Work with AIA SF Staff and Communications Group on Sponsors List, Ask letter and solicitation for the Symposium
